To personalise your design please choose the size you would like from the drop down menu and swipe through the images on the listing page to view the available customisation options. This may include hairstyle, skin tone, props, clothing and names. Additional information may be required for group/ family designs so please make sure to look through all of the options carefully before placing your order. Once you have selected your options please enter the relevant codes in the personalisation box in order from left to right. Please make sure to include a code for each option to ensure we can create your design accurately & quickly.

If you fail to provide any of the customisation codes then there may be delays in sending your order out to you. However I will do my best to get it to you for the delivery time advertised.

🌺Sizing options🌺

Digital print – Saved as a high-quality PNG File that can be printed in any size. If you are after a specific size then please request this on your order. All digital prints are sent within 48 hours.

A4 print - approx. 11.7" x 8.3" or 21cm x 30cm

A5 print - approx. 8.3" x 5.8" or 15cm x 18cm

A4 Framed print Black, White & Wood – 9.5" x 13" or 24cm x 33cm.

A5 Framed print Black, White & Wood – 6.25" x 7" or 16cm x 21cm.

All frames are styrene/plastic fronted to avoid breakage during transportation. The frames themselves are made of Fibreboard and Paper foil.

🌺Proof/Draft Before Printing🌺

Previews of your print are not automatically sent to you. If you require a preview then please send me a message via ETSY messages or an email and I will make sure to send over a preview for you before sending the item out. I offer 3 complimentary revisions to address any spelling corrections or minor adjustments.

Please note that once and image has been created and a preview sent to you then no refund or order cancellation can take place.

🌺Order Processing Time🌺

Once your order has been place I will create and send it out to you within 2 business days. During busy periods such as mothers day, Christmas Etc. this timeline may change to allow me time to create everyones order.

If you have requested a preview I will wait 48 hours to hear back from you before shipping your order. The sooner you respond then the quicker the order can be sent. If I dont hear back within that timeframe then the order will be sent out as the version that has been sent to you as a preview.
