Return Policy Overview
Retros Market offers a 30-day return policy. Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
To initiate a return, customers are asked to email support@retrosmarket.com. Returned products must remain in the original box and show no signs of use.
There is no restocking fee, but customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Once a return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions will be provided. Please note: items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers should inspect their order upon arrival and contact the company immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. The team will evaluate the issue and arrange for a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Customers will be notified once the return is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since return approval and the refund hasn’t been received, customers should reach out to support@retrosmarket.com for support.
