Returns & Refund Policy

At Retros Market, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window and Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We accept return for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@retrosmarket.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us at support@retrosmarket.com to arrange the process.

Cancellation Policy
