Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the following conditions are met:
Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return Method: Returns are accepted by mail only.
Return Label: You can download and print a free return label from our website.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
